Job Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for welcoming and leading important guests. 2. Solicit guests' opinions, communicate the emotions between the hotel and guests, assist guests to solve difficult issues, and maintain the reputation of the hotel. 3. Solve the safety problems during the shift. 4. Assisted department staff to deal with various problems in daily reception.
Job Requirements
• Good image and temperament • Knowledge and Experience • Certificate or diploma in hospitality or related field. • Retail or customer interaction experience. • Food and /or beverage knowledge (personal interest/ professional). • Technical service skills. • Interpersonal skills – communicates easily/openly. • Communication skills in English spoken/written. • Reliable and consistent. • Comes across as enthusiastic, energetic. • Can lead a team. • Be able to perform task assigned.
