Job Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for hardware debugging of overseas PECVD equipment. 2. Handle various hardware faults and anomalies on the equipment. 3. Manage equipment transportation, modifications, and post-sales maintenance. 4. Coordinate with customers on equipment debugging progress, material status, and anomaly resolution. 5. Provide training and supervise subordinates. 6. Coordinate and arrange work with customer site technical service, manufacturing, electrical, and process departments. 7. Guide customers in equipment maintenance and fault resolution, and provide on-site training. 8. Regularly report on customer site work summaries and develop work plans.
Job Requirements
Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree or higher in mechanical design, electrical automation, photovoltaics, or vacuum engineering. 2. Strong communication skills and preference for candidates with a Chinese background who are proficient in Mandarin and English. 3. Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, quick learning, and the ability to handle pressure effectively. 4. Ability to read circuit and mechanical drawings and proficiency in using office software. 5. 6+ years of experience in the photovoltaic industry, semiconductor wafer processing, LCD (display), or similar industries in equipment, technical support, and post-sales. 6. Prior experience in technical support and post-sales maintenance of vacuum coating equipment (PECVD, CVD, or PVD) is a plus.
