Job Responsibilities
I. Sales target achieved 1. Subdivide to periodic delivery order plan according to annual/monthly sales target, track and release the progress of indicators every day; 2. Through annual/monthly decomposition planning, pre-scheduling, troubleshooting and rectification, making plans for peak season, improving efficiency and ensuring peak season sales; 3. Carried out data collection and analysis in order planning balance, gradually improved order balancing ability and improved order planning accuracy; 4. Regular visit to understand the real market demand and conditions, external thinking to promote sales; 5. Comparative analysis of sales volume in each region, identification of problem points, rectification and improvement month by month; II. Logistics 1. Control the damage rate of logistics transportation, reduce the damage rate < 0.5%; 2. Collected feedback from dealers on logistics problems, summarized and compared logistics transportation quality every month. Analyze damage anomalies. Promote the completion of customer vehicle problems consultation and reply, and record the feedback to the relevant departments for rectification, regular inspection and verification; 2. Maintain customer relationship and brand image. Pre-sales customer service is the bridge between the company and customers, it is necessary to establish a good customer relationship, maintain the company's brand image, improve customer satisfaction and loyalty; 3.
