Job Responsibilities

Job Description: As a Project Director, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of data center projects from conception to completion. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, external partners, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: Lead the overall project planning, including scope definition, scheduling, resource allocation, and budgeting. Establish project objectives, milestones, and deliverable in alignment with client requirements and company goals. Coordinate with internal departments, such as engineering, construction, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless project execution. Manage vendor relationships and subcontractors to procure materials, equipment, and services necessary for project implementation. Monitor project progress and performance metrics, identifying and addressing any deviations or issues that may arise. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the project team. Prepare and present project status reports, updates, and presentations to senior management and stakeholders. Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization, cost savings, and risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Requirements

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Proven experience (5 years) in project management, preferably in the data center or construction industry. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or equivalent. PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials are preferred. Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations, such as ANSI/TIA-942, Uptime Institute, and ASHRAE, is a plus.
