Job Responsibilities

1. Overall: day-to-day various assistant tasks 2. Contact/Information Mining: find metrics we need, ex. email, social media, etc 3. Outreach: Utilize a Mail Merge tool to perform mass outreach and forward replies to relevant departments 4. Affiliate Network Tasks: text links, affiliate terms, newsletters, etc. 5. Client Calls: taking notes, emailing notes 6. Other Projects: as needed

Job Requirements

1. Overall: fun personality, ability/willingness to learn/grow. Proactive, team player, enjoying challenges and multitasking. Excellent organizational & time management skills. 2. Experience: 1+ year in marketing, business development, sales, social media management, or customer service. College graduates are welcome to apply! 3. Tools: Office - GSuite/Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Slides, Google Sheets); PM - Asana, CRM - Hubspot, Communication - Slack, Mail Merge - GMass/Yesware/YAMM, Other - Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Photoshop, Canva. 4. Abilities: to communicate effectively, learn fast, and work independently. 5. REMOTE, work-from-home! All locations are considered. PST or EST working hours are preferred.
