Job Responsibilities

1. Implement talent recruitment plans based on the company's strategic goals, departmental talent demand plans, and development status; 2. Responsible for the deployment of recruitment, salary performance, and training modules both domestically and internationally; 4. Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in human resources or related fields; 2. Having over 5 years of practical experience in large-scale or high-end technology, research and development, and job recruitment; Leading work experience in overseas talent recruitment 3. Strong communication, organization, and coordination skills; 4.
