Job Responsibilities
• Meet with prospective and existing clients to assess the services they require. • Communicate with clients and understanding their immigration requirements • Provide consultation and guidance in assisting clients to achieve their visa application objectives • Be the subject matter expert in the respective immigration visa process. • Provide in-depth counsel and analysis of global immigration policies. • Provide consultations on complex matters and develop strategies in the immigration space. • Lead and partner with stakeholders such as HR, legal, clients and external vendors. • Ensure high-quality immigration services by leveraging both experience and in-depth knowledge. • Develop educational material and chairing in seminars. • Extensive knowledge of global immigration, different visa/permit types and case assessment. • Able to influence different levels of leadership through transparent and well-articulated analysis. • Keep up-to-date with alterations to immigration laws. • Research for information regarding immigration matters. • Manage immigration cases from initiation to completion ensuring complete satisfaction from the client. • Keep clients up-to-date with their immigration status and communicating any foreseeable delays. • Attend to clients’ queries and completion of formalities when applications were processing and being approved subsequently. • Meet up and liaise with clients to collect documents, when necessary. • Maintain the database with accurate client information and milestones, update library. • Other general administrative work eg. reporting and data management.
Job Requirements
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. • 3-5 years of work experience as a consultant.
