Job Responsibilities
1:Assisting in Searching the customer and investment:Find the product and costomer which can meet the company requirements by various channels,and checking the price of the product,offering after-sale servive,tracking the ordering information of relevant customer,and etc. 2:According to the ordering information of the foreign trade salesman, meet the progress of the manufacture’s production in time, make sure the order can delivery on time. 3:Customs operation:Understand the cuotom’s policy and rules of import and export,and assisting in handle customs clearance, inspection and relevant operation which can ensure the goods pass the custom successfully. 4:Arranging in warehousing and logistics:Assisting in tracking the ordedr,arrangeing in the goods storage ,delivery and logistics, which can make sure the good can pass export on time. 5:Language communication:High level of English language(mainly for the Middle East market)---assisting foreign trade salesman to conduct business negotiations,technical exchange, ordering communications,and etc. 6:Familiar with various office software:Excel,Word,PPT and etc.
