Job Responsibilities

1、Responsible for the collocation scheme of the overall soft assembly decoration design of the project, including the accessories design of furniture, cloth art, ornaments, decorative paintings, carpets and lamps； 2、Can independently and decisively judge the concept design scheme and follow the market positioning, international fashion style trend, etc.At the same time, I was responsible for communicating with customers, accurately explaining the design concept to customers and convincing them； 3、Be able to communicate, coordinate and solve the problems in each link in the design process, and be responsible for the on-site layout in the later stage； 4、Deeply understand and identify with the company's culture and management system, abide by the company's norms and operating procedures, comply with business standards, and keep company secrets (customer information, design scheme);Maintain the company's overall image and collective interests； 5、Have a sense of responsibility and good team spirit, organize and coordinate the division of labor, enhance team cohesion and combat effectiveness, better play the design level of the design team, so as to create greater benefits for the company。

Job Requirements

1、Master the professional knowledge of high-end home furnishing accessories, understand the trend of home furnishing culture design, decoration design, interior design and other related majors bachelor degree or above, 5 years of soft decoration experience； 2、Good English speaking, reading and writing skills； 3、Can accurately master various design styles, sensitive to color, strong visual collocation ability, skilled in Photoshop, AutoCAD, PPT, Office and other software； 4、Rich experience in high-end villa and club design;Strong learning ability, love soft decoration design work, innovative spirit； 5、Strong sense of responsibility, positive work attitude, good professional ethics and strong communication skills。
