Job description


The ideal candidate will be in charge of the organization and efficiency of daily office operations. We have two departments (Client Solutions, Client Service) and executives who travel frequently. From scheduling meetings, managing vendors, answering inbound phone calls, and managing the daily flows of fapiaos, you will be responsible for completing tasks in a professional and timely manner. The majority of administrative issues require strong Chinese language skills, so at this time, the role is only open to native Chinese speakers with strong English skills. Our office is in WeWork Guanghua Lu, where you'll have unlimited coffee and Jing A beer, and frequent team outings. We expect the role to begin as part-time (2 days / week), but we prefer candidates who would eventually want a full-time role as the company continues to grow.


- You must be highly detail-oriented and have a strong problem-solving ability - You must have good English comprehension and native Chinese comprehension. Other foreign languages is a plus. - You must have strong interpersonal communication skills, the ability to multi-task and be able to work effectively under pressure with competing priorities Experience with Salesforce or other comparable CRMs a huge plus.
