Job Responsibilities
1.Keeping senior managers’ agenda on paper and electronic (AGENDA) 2.Make time recordation on manager’s behalf (every day) (TIMER) 3.Make task recordation (in cooperation with HR) (TASK) 4.Making e-folder on case managements and supervise update by associates (E-FOLDER) 5.Making paper folder and keep it updated and organized (FOLDER - ARCHIVING) 6.Instructing invoices preparation to accounting team (INSTRUCT ACCOUNT) 7.Review invoices and send to client (INVOICE) 8.Making reminders to client until we get paid (and take note when we get paid and when not) (REMIND PAYMENTS) 9.Making statistics on monthly basis of total revenues and revenue per client 10.Read all managers’ email and make sure that he has read, instructed staff and replied to all of them promptly (DOCKET) 11.Client code and matter code recordation and check 12.Printing and copying documents 13.Other jobs as required. (Working location: Shanghai)
Job Requirements
1. BA Degree at Commercial Management, Language or relevant subjects, or above 2. At least 3-5 years working experience preferable 3. Fluent in written and spoken Japanese, especially Japanese or Japan study abroad experience is preferable; 4. Good practice with computer and MS office system 5. Good at team work, be scrupulous 6. Honest & optimist personality
