Job description


Responsibilities: - Be proficient in Blockchain/Crypto currency as well as kept up-to-date on general market conditions in order to engage clients over the chat/phone. - Be familiar with company’s trading platform and provide clients with first class trading experience. - Diligently and effectively manage and follow up the enquiry/complaints of the current/prospective clients. - Understand customers’ feedback and needs in order to provide constructive feedback to managements. - Continuously seek for improvement to enhance team’s performance and work efficiency.


Requirements: - Preferable tertiary education with financial/programming background. - Minimum of 1 year of customer service/sales experience within the financial industry is preferred. - Fluent in ENGLISH or Chinese or Japanese or Korean - Japanese or Korean prefer - Good interpersonal, communication, organizational and problem solving skills. - Self-motivated and able to work independently in a dynamic environment. - Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
