Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for product brand promotion and sales, daily management and the management, guidance, training and evaluation of the subordinate staff of the foreign trade department, and guide them to complete the sales work; 2. Formulate and implement the foreign trade brand channel promotion plan, sales management system, incentive measures and other relevant policies and systems; 3. Responsible for the communication and coordination with relevant departments of production and technology; 4. Optimized the operation process and management system of the company's foreign trade business, and improved the sales performance of the department staff; 5. Collect and sort out relevant market development trends, demand changes and customer feedback data; 6. According to the analysis of the company's overall development and foreign market situation, formulate and implement the overall sales target and plan of foreign trade.
Job Requirements
1. College degree or above, major in international trade or English; 2. At least 3 years working experience as sales manager of foreign trade channels in baby products or toys industry, with rich channel resources; Cet-6 or above, proficient in listening, speaking, reading and writing; 3. Practical and earnest in work, strong sense of responsibility, proactive, hard-working, with strong team spirit; 4. Familiar with the omni-channel construction of overseas brands, with strong foreign trade communication, negotiation, development ability and business awareness; 5. Formulated and led the implementation of work objectives and plans for the company's foreign trade business; 6. Rich experience in product information release, business platform promotion, export exhibition organization and preparation. Foreign resident is preferred. Foreigners who can speak Chinese are welcome.
