Responsibility: A - Operations 1. Review accounting reports and other productions, 2. Conduct debriefs with the clients and follow up on actions to be taken, 3. Support Team and Management on foreign client enquiries, 4. Support on preparation of training materials, 5. Make/validate quotations together with the managers/seniors, 6. Assist in the development of a new activity: finance control for SMEs, 7. Conduct regular and annual evaluation of the operational staff to review performances (incl. salary and bonus proposals), 8. Any additional tasks, within general or specific instructions, which might improve efficiency and profitability of the company. B - R&D 1. Improve and update SOPs - work processes for routine activities to increase efficiency and quality with Managers, 2. Research “best-in-class” solutions to support the firm’s activity and development (software, processes…), 3. Optimize the Firm’s ERP software for self-use and usage with clients, 4. Develop excel tools to help team efficiency in their day to day work. C - ERP & Data Analytics (DA) 1. Financial set up of Odoo for the clients, 2. Adapt dashboards upon client’s needs, 3. Perform QC on usage of the solution, 4. Deliver training to clients, 5. Perform DA on ERP for KPI, 6. Develop fraud prevention procedure through DA.

Requirement (must): 1. More than 4-5 years work experience as G/L accountant in accounting firm, 2. Native French, fluent in English, 3. Self-motivated and able to work independently and meet tight deadlines, 4. Meticulous with excellent attention to detail, 5. Able to communicate on technical issues with non-technical international clients, 6. Good social skills and proactive team player able to bring ideas, Also good to have: 7. Proficiency in ERP & business intelligence software, 8. IFRS, US GAAP certifications, 9. Forensic experience.
