Job Responsibilities
1. Formulated the regional channel planning, strategy and target according to the overall strategy and rhythm of the company's overseas brands going overseas; 2. Lead the team to expand B-end sales channels, including not limited to agents, exhibitions, channel distributors and online TB channels; 3, through products, prices, channels and other strategies, promote agents' products, maintain the high-speed and healthy development of channels, and build an effective distribution system; 4. Led the PR team to cooperate with fashion, technology and life media resources to achieve brand and product exposure goals, and make contributions to GMV 5. Led the team to operate SNS accounts and output content strategies to improve the goodwill of the brand 6. Led the team to complete the planning, organization and landing of marketing activities 7. Responsible for team management, team goal achievement, personnel management, etc.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, proficient in business English, more than 10 years of experience in consumer electronics, beauty and skin care category; 2. Familiar with North America, Southeast Asia and Japan with certain FMCG customer resources; 3, excellent communication skills, negotiation ability, the ability to resist pressure, good at dealing with various emergencies. Have a good professional ethics, a strong sense of responsibility and executive force.
