Job Responsibilities
1.Responsible for planning and scheduling the overall commercialization activities during the product preparation phase. 2.Design engaging activities, oversee the effectiveness of commercialization activities, and conduct data analysis to achieve continuous growth in commercial data. 3.Balance the in-game economic system to synchronize the pacing of various modules within the game. 4.Accountable for core metrics such as conversion rate, ARPU (Average Revenue Per User), and ROI (Return on Investment).
Job Requirements
1.Commercialization experience in at least one in-app purchase game that has been successfully operated for more than 3 years. 2.Ability to understand user psychology, recognize the value of data, and design product selling points and strategies that meet practical needs and promote innovation continuously. 3.Excellent economic, data, and quantitative thinking, proficient in at least one data analysis tool such as SQL, Python, or R. 4.Passion for gaming, with preference given to deep experience in casual gaming.
