Job Description A K-12 bilingual school in Beijing is looking to hire a Primary Homeroom Teacher for a Feb 2024 start. They are looking for someone with at least 3 years of teaching experience. While an experience with the IB curriculum is required. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic team player with a passion for teaching. Employer Description This Education Group was founded in 1998. It operates Kindergarten, Primary School, Middle School, and High School in various locations in China. They use the IB Curriculum. Benefits 1. Monthly salary (Before China income tax): 18K - 43K a. Licensed Teacher – Based on qualifications, degree, and experience, the candidate's gross annual salary ranges from 304,044 RMB to 520,000 RMB. (The average annual net salary is from 272,160 RMB to 434,916 RMB). b. TESOL/TEFL/CELTA or other non-licensed Teacher – Based on qualifications, degree, and experience, the candidate's gross annual salary ranges from 213,324 RMB to 315,384 RMB. (The average annual net salary is from 199,584 RMB to 281,232 RMB). 2. Housing allowance 8K/ month 3. Flight allowance. 4. International Insurance. 5. Tuition fee exemption for up to 2 children. 6. Job Requirements

1. A Bachelor's degree in Education is preferred. 2. Minimum of 3 years teaching experience. 3. IB PYP teaching experience is required. 4. Must be willing to commit to a 2-year contract.
