Job Title: Product Quality Engineer (Japan) Job Report to: Quality Director Job Location: Shenzhen,China Job Responsibilities: 1. Plan annual product quality plan, formulate annual product quality objectives, establish indicators to measure process quality and outcome quality, analyze and promote continuous improvement; 2. Plan the quality assurance plan for the project and perform quality assurance work according to the plan. Track, guide and monitor the project development process to ensure actual implementation of IPD and APQP processes; 3. Handle project quality issues, organize quality reviews, issue and publish quality cases, optimize processes and document templates; 4. Responsible for docking with Japanese customers;

Job Requirements

Qualifications: 1. Japanese, Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in science and engineering; 2. Strong communication and coordination skills, good resilience and some ability to withstand pressure; 3.
