1. Develop plans for increasing audience size and engagement throughout the year 2. Support sales campaigns during holidays including Black Friday, Christmas, etc. 3. Negotiate terms, schedules, and deliverables with partners; 4. Assess and select influencer marketing agencies; 5. Update and develop partner performance tracking tools; 6. Drive initiatives forward with a clear view of strategic objectives and deliverables; 7. Support ad hoc marketing projects (product campaign, website launch, co-branding projects 8. Produce written content (interviews, product features, etc.) for Makeblock’s blog and Medium channel 9. Maintain, optimize and develop the Makeblock YouTube channel 10. Promote content on our sub-reddit and engage with the community

1. Bachelor degree or above; 2. 1-3 years of relevant work experience; 4. Strong analytical skills, social media knowledge, high business acumen, and self-driven; 5. Successful candidates will demonstrate a high degree of tenacity; 6. Excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills; 7. Native English speaker or native-level proficiency. Some command of Mandarin is preferred; 8. Academic or Professional experience in Asia a bonus.

English
