Developing & leading the commercial department responsible for sourcing and marketing of Pharmaceutical Raw Materials Including API’s, Excipients, Mineral Salts, Food, Packing Materials and Nutraceutical Ingredients. Searching and development of Global vendors through search engines, printed catalogues and personal visits. Evaluation & Qualification of manufacturers through their certifications such as, cGMP, COS, USFDA etc. Arranging plant visits/audits toward our vendors on requirement of customers going along the audit team in different countries, industries and areas. Segmenting the product categories into responsible sub departments and expanding the portfolio time by time through new product development and innovations involving vendors. Negotiating prices, floating RFQ’s, preparing quotations and finalizing the purchase contracts for local pharmaceutical clients. Signing contracts including: sales contracts, annual supply contracts, customer protection agreements as well as the territorial exclusivity agreements. Effectively achieving annual sales targets assigned by principals forecasting and setting the new targets for the next year. Attended more than dozen international exhibitions related to Pharmaceutical, Health Ingredients, Packing Materials and excipients etc in China, UAE, Thailand, Germany, Spain & USA.
