- Annotating and labeling various data types, including images, videos, point clouds. - Ensuring the quality and accuracy of annotations, preventing errors that could compromise the effectiveness of machine learning algorithms. - Upholding consistency in annotations, make sure all the annotations follow the same rules and guidelines. - Data pre-processing (resizing images, standardizing text data, converting data into suitable formats).

- Data Labeling for Machine Learning: Determining customer's comments in Vietnamese and divide them into Intuition and Sentiment categories. - App test task: Reviewing and responding to all user generated content for client’s social channels. Flagging content that needs to be reviewed by the client to determine next steps.

- Checking the video and annotate accordingly following policy. - Achieving the daily quality and quantity targets set by the PM

- Framing correctly around words in Vietnamese. - Writing down the words in the picture. - Helping machine learning systems automatically detect text in images and convert images to text.

- Explaining detail of the contract clearly and provide enough information for clients. - Keeping records of customer's information, interactions and transactions. - Following cash flow as well as the next customer’s payment term. - Handling and resolve client’s issues and complaints via chat, call and email. - Making periodic reports. - Performing related administrative works. - Back up Team Leader in 10 months.
