Taking responsibility for both of export and domestic sales revenue (≈$60m.) Building and coaching the sales team, supporting the subordinates to solve the quality and service complaints (10 sales and 9 admin); Collaborating with relevant department for smooth delivery and operations; Working closely with internal functions/partners to drive up the sales; Managing the sales expense and collaborating with relevant departments and partners to control and ensure the cost and expenses in budget.
