Preparing quote packages for purchase of industrial equipment, performing Cost Benefit Analysis to evaluate requirements for future production.  Working with Toyota as a primary customer, adopting the Toyota Production Standards (TPS) model, and efficiently communicating with our Japanese coordinators to ensure our compliance with TPS.  Leading Industry 4.0 projects utilizing cutting edge technology, corresponding with design engineers and project managers from outside companies.  Requires the applicable skills & understanding of PFMEA, Process Flow Charts, Engineering Documents, Time studies, Kaizen, and CAD.  Project leader of first ever automated ALR (Auto Locking Restraint) production cell for D13 seatbelt technology. This included hosting project meetings, briefing all stakeholders on status of project. Communicating with head offices in Japan, acquiring their input. Attending all design reviews. Estimating all production aspects for kick-off/ramp up planning.

Uses PLC information from the production line to give live updates and data.  Creating helpful tools for management to help illustrate quality defects. One example being a real time pareto chart generated from data entered by quality inspectors.
