Uses PLC information from the production line to give live updates and data. Creating helpful tools for management to help illustrate quality defects. One example being a real time pareto chart generated from data entered by quality inspectors.
Working with high quality and precise military engineering tolerances. Using advanced 3-D scanning equipment to evaluate generated meshes compared to CAD to judge part tolerance acceptance. Tasked with working alongside electrical department to redo entirety of work breakdown structures, demonstrating and administering them to production employees. All for preparation of ISO 9001 audit.
