Smartinasia.com is a personal project I initiated with the goal of aiding manufacturers from Southeast Asia in their efforts to expand into the international market. The project encompassed an online platform designed to facilitate connections between buyers and sellers in the industry. Unfortunately, the project is currently inactive, as I had underestimated the challenges within the industry.

TWONE is a collaborative venture that I co-founded, dedicated to supporting local startups in Shanghai by providing comprehensive services such as market research, brand identity development, and the creation of marketing materials. Over the course of our operations, we had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, including Innospace (TIC), The Food Venture (Vita-Bite), the British and Canadian Consulates, and many other innovative enterprises. Our mission was to assist these companies in achieving their business goals and fostering their growth in the competitive market landscape.

Step Up is an English school located in Shanghai. I was the co-founder and operator of two branches, where I managed all aspects of brand communications, marketing, and curriculum development. Just before the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, we reached a significant milestone, boasting 300 students. In 2020, as our school transitioned to online learning due to the pandemic, I made the decision to sell my ownership stake to Chinese investors.

During my college years, I initiated a venture called Dagerotip, specializing in crafting brand identities and websites for local businesses. At its zenith, our team consisted of three software developers and four sales professionals. Unfortunately, the company was dissolved due to team members relocating to various locations.
