• Manage the complete setup of the company and client’s issues and make sure that all the departments of a company are organized and efficiently fulfilling their assigned job description. • Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement. • Responsible for the design, monitoring and improvement of HR processes, policies and technologies over time. • Recruits, selects, onboards, and trains employees; maintains a safe and secure work environment; and develops personal growth opportunities. • Define operational targets and goals for the HR department that are in line with the company’s overall business strategy • Expect unfavorable events through the analysis of data and prepare control strategies. • Recruiting and training personnel and allocating responsibilities and office space making sure retention of staff for a long-term basis and solving their issues under the company policies. • Working with the accounting and management teams to set budgets, monitor spending, and process payroll and other expenses. • Ensure operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget. • Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders. • Coordinate between operations and marketing teams to make the entire setup smooth and fill the gaps between the departments to ensure productivity. • Supervise and manage day-to-day operations and administrative and operational duties along with making great strategies for the company to get maximum revenue.
