My role is to closely monitor and analyse the indicators to ensure that they meet high standards. - Analytical work with operational metrics in various cities including Moscow, Saint Petersburg and Sochi. This involves a thorough analysis of data, identification of trends and development of effective strategies to optimize processes. - Implementation of a full operational project management cycle, from the planning phase to support at a later stage. This includes: - Providing exclusive access of all service vehicles to parking spaces and first lines of airports, such as Sheremetyevo, Vnukovo, Pulkovo and also at the Moscow station. - Branding and equipping of all service vehicles with necessary consumables such as water, alcohol napkins, paper scarves. - Implementation of a privilege program for service partners, including discounts on the purchase of Mercedes Benz cars. - Organization of insurance of cars, as well as protection of life of drivers and passengers within the tariff "Sober driver".
