Demonstrated experience in team leadership and management, able to effectively coordinate and guide team members. 5. CCAA ISO9001, 14001 and 45001 auditor, IRCA ISO9001 lead auditor, CCAA registered product certification inspector. 6. Solid work experience in factory, buying office of EU Brands and TIC industry.
Responsible for factory audit of CE certification.
Perform factory technical audit according to client's requirements and based on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and IATF16949, in the scope of furniture, ceramic, metal ware, household, building materials, car parts, food etc.
1. Supervise Manufacturing Audit program and factory improvement Program for China, South Asia, and Southeast Asia suppliers. 2. Raise awareness of relevant Quality Management, and Manufacturing Process related issues among clients and the QIMA Team, through formal training and relevant technical inputs. 3. Train and lead global auditor team to provide technical advisory to local manufacturers to continuously improve their quality level. 4. Drive improvement within the Audit Team by evaluating auditor performance and helping team members consistently achieve excellence.
1.Review new product design drawing, provide technical assist for factory in sample making, issue sample check report. 2. Review product technical files; Seal gold sample at factory. 3. Conduct inline/pre-shipment inspection to ensure that the order conforms to all specifications, issue report and shipment release form to supplier. 4. 1. Perform initial factory audit for new vendor and annual audit for existing vendors. 2. Arrange weekly inspection schedule and conduct the quality Inspections based on the shipping schedule. 3. Coach inspectors and set performance management plan to inspectors.
