The core responsibilities for this position included: • Provide technical support to end-users by phone, email, or in-person • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to desktops, laptops, and peripherals • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals • Ensure the smooth functioning of all IT equipment and resolve any issues that arise • Manage and maintain hardware and software inventory • Install and configure software applications • Provide basic network support • Work with other IT teams to resolve complex issues • Maintain and update technical documentation • Provide training to end-users as required

My job was to manage a software projects and to assign tasks to each team member. I worked on several projects and deliver the product while focusing on time, cost and quality. This Internship was supported by the National Internship Program of Pakistan And Sponsored by the Gov't of Pakistan. I've gained a lot of experience while working with the top level managerial seniors and learned a lot from their 20-30 years of experience in the field of software project management

It was a part time Volunteer Work with NIDA Pakistan. My job was all about the Installation of Software and hardware. Software installation Includes System Software and Application Software. Beside this i had to analyse the data of this non profit organisation to overcome the poverty rate in Pakistan.

It was a total six months internship. My job was to manage the ongoing software projects for the Gov't Sector, including ERP Software, Web Applications, Desktop Applications Project etc. at the beginning it was very hard to manage time for every project but with the passage of time and with the very healthy and friendly environment of the organisation i get used to work on a several projects at a time. thus i learned a lot while working with the Directorate of information Technology. I learned Working Passion, Commitments, How to Manage Time, How to deliver a project in a very short period of time, How to get Customer satisfaction. How to Deal Clients and How to produce a healthy and friendly environment in the organisation.
