• Market research, apply intelligence and define new product strategies. • Fully responsible for a product road map on microphone and headphone categories for Behringer, TC Helicon, and Tannoy brands of Music Tribe group. • Day to day work involves product life-cycle management tool Agile® and project management tool Microsoft Wrike® • KPI involves the timely launch of quality products to fulfill the road map. • Follow Lean and 5S systems defined in the company.
• Source/Develop products based on feedback from the marketing team. • Prepare NPI and its salability points for India and Dubai sales teams. • Identify, prioritize and manage key technical risks of a given product. • Audit and develop new vendors. Close SLA and NDA with them. • Finalize BOM, negotiate price & Golden samples to be followed for Mass Production. • Devise processes and testing standards for Hardware, Software development, and QC teams. RMA control and quick solution to unforeseen defectives. • Make sure the project schedule is followed and the product is delivered as per launch schedule. • Act as point of contact between India, the Middle East, and China offices to collect new product requirements and developments.
• Order processing, release PO, L/C establishment & manage timely delivery. • Order follow up for on-time inspection and delivery. • New product sourcing and development according to client requirements. • Single point of contact in the marketing department for overseas clients on product development. Make factory understand technical requirements from the client. • Market new products to existing & new customers. • Maintain confidentiality of customer database and information.
• Responsible for project implementations in PSU and ISP verticals. • Show demo to clients on Lease Line, VSAT and FTTB. • Understand customer’s needs, formulate a project plan, prepare minutes of meeting with the client, project kick-off taking into consideration available resources and client end limitations. • Plan and coordinate among different implementation teams and facilitate the project implementation, Testing, and Acceptance, Handover to service team within the project deadline.
