Graduation research for the municipality Súdwest-Fryslân with Open Data as the central subject. A clear target situation was established based on literature, research and interviews with multiple other municipalities. I then compared the current and target situation. This comparison led to various recommendations on how to improve the publication of Open Data within the municipality.
Fully build and filled a new web shop for the sale of coffee, tea and coffee related products and added basic analytics to improve sales. Led the implementation of new wholesale order software to give customers the option to order ingredients online at their convenience. Coordinated with IT, the software provider and the internal organisation to come to a successful implementation of the software. I made sure that the technical aspects of the internal software and the new order software were connected. Provided basic training to the internal organisation for the use of the new software.
An internship in the overseas department of the company MMC. Assisting marketing and sales with daily tasks such as developing new brochures, improving overall English content, contact with clients and guiding clients when they are visiting the company. Changing the organisational environment from 'Chinese' to 'Western', giving courses on presenting yourself professionally and communicating successfully with clients. The other part of the internship was consulting MMC on improving the customer experience of overseas buyers. In the end, a detailed report was provided to enhance the client's encounters with the company in the short and long term.
Responsible for the delivery of a virtual product and partly buying stock. Contact with customers with general questions, questions about payments and delivery and for the transfer of the virtual product. The market is always changing and characterised by ongoing challenges and regular incomprehension of customers. The focus is on the relationship with the clients and fulfilling customer wishes.
