• Takes charge of leading and managing programs, acting as the primary contact for Customer Project Teams. • Fully accountable for programs in terms of schedule, delivery, cost, and quality. • Collaborates closely with different functional areas such as Tooling, Molding, Painting, Punching, Printing, and Assembly. • Ensures support from sourcing, suppliers, and sub-contractors to ensure smooth program execution. • Ensures that customer requirements and needs are met within contractual guidelines. • Manages timely and efficient problem-solving for program-related issues, including identifying potential issues and coordinating mitigation actions. • Responsible for achieving the agreed program profitability as per estimates in Request for Quotation (RFQ). • Handles RFQs and supports Technical Sales and Account Management teams to secure business wins. • Holds accountability for negotiating the scope of new business with customers. • Conducts project reviews to identify issues, understand root causes, and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks. • Cascades customer requirements to the Project Team and Cross-Functional Teams (CFT) to ensure buy-in and plan commitments. • Conducts Program review meetings, manages risks and mitigation strategies, and develops contingency plans. • Actively participates in monthly Operational Review (MOR) and Management Review Meetings (MRM).
