Dr. Muhammed Shafik is Assistant Professor – School of international Education, Hebei University, China. He received his Ph.D. in electrical power engineering in 2020 from school of electrical engineering and automation - Wuhan University - China. BSc and MSc from Egypt in 2008 and 2013 in Electrical power engineering. He has 15 years of experience in the academic field as the main job and in the practical field as a part-timer. He obtained university awards for the SCI publications from Kafrelsheikh University, Egypt, also outstanding student award in the academic progress from Wuhan university - China. His research interest includes smart grid benefits and applications; FACTS, active distribution networks planning, operation, and flexible power electronics incorporation; Internet of things; Hybrid renewable energy resources; automation system and optimization.
