It's not uncommon for people in first-world countries to think that if you have a degree, you'll have a job for life. Unfortunately, the reality of the situation is that your degree does not guarantee you a job. If you're looking for a job abroad, then you may find yourself out of luck if you don't have a degree.
But what about China? The Chinese government is so focused on creating jobs that it's actually made it easier for people without degrees to get jobs. The Chinese government has recently relaxed the rules about hiring people without a degree so that employers can hire people based on their personality and work ethic.
