From a country whose native language is English

Due to the rapid growth of English learning in China, the demand for ESL teachers in the ESL teaching industry has been stable. However, this demand led some schools to hire teachers with limited English mastery.

Therefore, in order to maintain the standard quality of English teachers in China, the government has imposed restrictions on hiring teachers from countries where English is the mother tongue. Depending on the quality of the candidate and the high level of fluency in English, there may be exceptions. However, this situation is rare.
