The Shenzhen<\/a> Exit and Entry Administrative branch of the municipal public security bureau has just launched 3 new types of services for foreigners, including certification of lost foreign passports<\/a>! Applicants no longer need to submit paper-based material.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The Shenzhen\u00a0<\/strong>Exit and Entry Administrative branch of the municipal public security bureau has just launched 3 new types of services for foreigners, including certification of\u00a0lost\u00a0foreign passports! Applicants no longer need to submit paper-based material and instead should log in\u00a0to the ‘civic livelihood police platform’ (https:\/\/www\/szga.gov.cn), apply online, and wait for the approval. After review,\u00a0if there is any violation of the provisions by the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Exit and Entry Administration, these 3\u00a0convenient services will\u00a0not be accessible.<\/p>\n

Birth\u00a0registration of overseas personal infants born in China can be applied\u00a0for\u00a0online.<\/p>\n

In order to make the application process\u00a0‘hassle-free’ and \u2018material-free\u2019, applicants can apply online (szga.gov.cn) by\u00a0filling\u00a0out\u00a0forms and uploading the images of relevant\u00a0materials.<\/p>\n

Step 1: Log\u00a0in\u00a0at\u00a0www.szga.gov.cn, and then click ‘FOREIGNER’.<\/p>\n

Step 2: Click ‘Application for registration of\u00a0a newborn\u00a0child in China’.<\/p>\n

Certification for lost foreign passports can be applied for, examined and approved online.<\/p>\n

The Exit and Entry Bureau\u00a0has worked on and launched a\u00a0‘one-time application’ so that you only need to show up once. Applicants just need to fill a form online (szga.gov.cn)\u00a0and upload the images of relevant materials. Applicants only need to go to the\u00a0Shenzhen Municipal Public Security Bureau to\u00a0receive their\u00a0certification for\u00a0lost\u00a0foreign<\/a> passport.<\/p>\n

Fill forms and\u00a0upload the images of relevant materials online (szga.gov.cn), which just needs\u00a07 working days for approval. And applicants just need to receive the\u00a0Household registration notice\u00a0on\u00a0spot.<\/p>\n
