The Beijing Internet Court was officially listed on the 9th of September and became the second Internet court in China after Hangzhou Internet Court.<\/p>\n

In 2017, the whole Beijing municipal court accepted 453,382 internet cases including internet shopping<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

In 2017, the whole Beijing municipal court accepted 453,382 internet cases including internet shopping and service contracts. From January to August this year, the number of such cases reached 37,631, up 24.4% year-on-year.<\/p>\n

The Beijing Internet Court focuses on specific types of Internet cases in Beijing, including:<\/p>\n

– Internet shopping contract dispute;<\/p>\n

– Disputes over Internet service contracts;<\/p>\n

– Disputes over Internet financial loans and the small amount of loans;<\/p>\n

– Disputes over the ownership of Internet copyright;<\/p>\n

– Internet copyright infringement disputes;<\/p>\n

– Internet domain name disputes;<\/p>\n

– Disputes over Internet tort liability;<\/p>\n

– Internet shopping product liability dispute;<\/p>\n

– Internet public interest litigation brought by procuratorial organs;<\/p>\n

– Administrative disputes arising from the administrative management of the Internet;<\/p>\n

Other civil Internet services that fall under the jurisdiction are designated by the people’s court at a higher level.<\/p>\n

STEP 2: Put it all on record<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Internet court USES the online way to hear the case, and the litigation link of the case is generally completed online.<\/p>\n

Search \u201c\u5317\u4eac\u4e92\u8054\u7f51\u6cd5\u9662<\/strong>\u201d or type www.bjinternetcourt.gov.cn<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

Then register on the platform;<\/p>\n

Mobile phone users can use their mini program to register. Simply search \u201c\u5317\u4eac\u4e92\u8054\u7f51\u6cd5\u9662<\/strong>\u201d on WeChat.<\/p>\n

The electronic form of the complaint can be uploaded directly through the litigation platform. The litigation platform will provide the template; you just need to fill in the corresponding information.<\/p>\n

After confirming that the information is correct, the filing application will be completed and you\u2019ll need to wait for the judge to review the information online and send you a text message.<\/p>\n

STEP 3: Trial<\/strong><\/p>\n

Before the court session, you need to pay fees online, submit materials, check the evidence of the other side, contact the judge. Other matters can be completed online.<\/p>\n

The court will send court notices via text message and subpoenas through the litigation platform.<\/p>\n

From here, download the app, create an account to log in, complete the equipment detection, and then you can enter the trial phase.<\/p>\n
