Thus, ESL teachers are in great demand in China. ESL courses are designed for international and immigrant students. In class, students can not only improve their English but also learn a lot about British and American culture. Chinese students need to be more proactive, overcome shyness, speak up more and dare to show themselves in front of others. ESL should encourage students to become more involved in classroom learning through role-playing, group discussions, critical thinking, and presentations. Therefore, to be an ESL teacher, You should not only have a native command of English, but also have a good grasp of the essence of Western education.

Teaching Jobs in China Without a Degree

If you are looking for opportunities to teach in China without having a degree, you can pay attention to tutoring jobs online.
