The first step in the sales process is to get the attention of the person you’re calling. You’ll want to do this by making a good first impression<\/a>. This means that you’ll want to speak clearly and with confidence.<\/p>\n

You’ll also want to understand the person you’re speaking to. This means you’ll want to know what you’re talking about. If you’re selling office equipment, you’ll want to know about the different kinds of office equipment. If you’re selling office supplies, you’ll want to know about the different kinds of office supplies.<\/p>\n
