If you’re like most people, there are no shortage of English learning options out there. But if you’re an adult Chinese learner, then you’ll have a very limited number of options.

In recent years, there has been a lot of attention on the Chinese education system. The push for the government to create better schools and teachers has been a hot topic. But there’s another education problem that’s gone relatively unnoticed: the lack of English education options for Chinese adults.

"Teach

Understanding the Teach English To Chinese Adults

That’s not to say that there are no English learning options for Chinese adults. There are a couple of programs that have popped up over the years. But there aren’t nearly enough of them, and they’re all very different.

Some are expensive, some are free. Some are taught by native speakers, some are taught by Chinese teachers. Some are very specific, and some are very general.

Different people have different needs, which means different people will have different preferences. So which option is the best? How can you find the program that best suits your needs?

To answer these questions, we’ll need to compare the different English learning options for Chinese adults.

In this post, we’ll be comparing four different programs:

The differences between these four programs are pretty obvious.

They’re different because they target different people, and because they have different goals.

You’ll need to decide which of these programs is the best fit for you.

Before we compare these four programs, let’s take a quick look at the situation in China.

The State Of English Education In China

There are a couple of different situations in China:

The Chinese government is focusing on improving English education for children, and there are a number of English learning programs available for kids.

On the other hand, there’s not much being done for Chinese adults.

Why is that?

It’s because Chinese adults don’t need education as much as children do. After all, children are the ones who are going to be the future of the country. They’re the ones who will need to communicate with the rest of the world.

Adults, on the other hand, have already made their mark on the world. They’ve already got the jobs that they want, and they’re already living the lives that they want.

Without the need for education, Chinese adults have moved on to other things. They’re focused on their careers, their families, their hobbies, and the like.

"Teach

That doesn’t mean that Chinese adults don’t want to learn English. But they’re not learning it for education’s sake.

What they want is to learn English for their own purposes. They want to learn it for the same reasons that you want to learn English: to be able to communicate with other people, to be able to watch movies in English, to be able to read books in English, and so on.

But there aren’t a lot of English learning options out there for Chinese adults.

The China English Program

The China English Program is one of the biggest English learning programs in China.

It’s a massive program that’s designed to improve the English skills of Chinese teachers.

It’s a government-funded program that aims to improve the English skills of Chinese teachers.

It’s also one of the only programs that’s designed specifically for Chinese adults.

If you’re like most people, there are no shortage of English learning options out there.
