Reasons for a Z Visa to be Rejected

Indigenous Speaker Without a Bachelors Degree

If you are a Native English audio speaker, but you don’t have a degree (from any kind of nation), you will certainly not certify for a proper work visa from China. If you do have that level, and also the degree itself can be validated in its native land, after that you’re gold– no matter which country it originates from. As a Native English audio speaker, you can also obtain your bachelor’s in China!

It made use of to be that native speakers without levels might simply come and obtain premium fakes into China. No a lot more. China calls for these points to be notarized and confirmed in your house country.

If you don’t have a degree, it does not matter if your English is stellar. It doesn’t matter if you have a TEFL. If you have showing experience, it does not matter. You won’t be able to get a proper Z Visa.

Non-Native Speaker

If you’re not an Indigenous Speaker, you can still get a Z Visa for a non-teaching job.

Ireland

Australia

New Zealand

South Africa

These are all countries that China takes into consideration to be English talking. We are cognizant that there are various other nations that have English as an official language, however however, China won’t consider them. (Sorry, Jamaica/ India/ Pakistan/ Philippines/ and so on).

Not Sufficient Experience AND ALSO Reluctant to Get a TEFL Certification.

Do not sweat it– you can still conquer this obstacle by simply getting a TEFL certificate if you don’t have two years of verifiable experience in training.

If for some factor you don’t have experience As Well As you are reluctant to obtain the TEFL certificate, you will certainly not certify for the visa.

The service right here is truly evident– obtain a TEFL. A basic 120-hour program won’t take also long, and you can have the entire thing over in a number of months with just a couple of hundred bucks spent. China Brief-case is greater than pleased to aid you out with this.

Uneven Offender History Check.

Your visa might be turned down if you have a criminal document from your residence country. Not all crimes are produced equally. Whether China will consider you relies on their analyses of the gravity of your criminal offenses. With any luck, there aren’t any medicine charges.

Keep in mind that sometimes the background check will certainly depend upon where it’s being refined. If you were arrested, however you never sent finger prints, and also the entire point was rejected, this most likely will not appear in government records, but could reveal up in state/county records. Lots of deepness to this issue however I will not review here. Simply obtain the background check where you can and also see if it’s tidy. For Americans, you can’t fail with an FBI history check or creating to your local authorities terminal where you are lawfully a resident. Or Else, China Briefcase offers a service to do this for you.

Uneven Medical examination (ie HIV Positive).

China does not allow HIV positive individuals to obtain their work permit. Other issues might be allowed, yet not HIV. If you proclaim yourself as HIV positive at any kind of point during the process, you will definitely be denied. All immigrants entering China on a visa will need to take a health and wellness check, throughout which you will be explicitly evaluated for HIV. If you stop working, you will not have the ability to get your work authorization and will be immediately reversed.

China takes certain conditions such as this seriously, no matter your good character or anything else. HIV is well known to be rising in China and also the government is starting to obtain a bit concerned.
