Due to the current pandemic crisis, the Chinese government released the new policy that China\u2019s Foreign Affairs Minister Wang Yi said would \u201cprovide a solution for the issue of foreign<\/a> students in China, and will make China a country where foreign students<\/a> can work without difficulty.\u201d This policy is the first step towards the goal of providing the legal basis for foreign students to work in China<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\"Apply<\/p>\n

How Apply for a China Visa 2024<\/a><\/h2>\n

They will then undergo a three-month training that includes both on-site and in-flight training, and the training includes three levels: \u201cGeneral Training\u201d, \u201cBasic Training\u201d, and \u201cAdvanced Training\u201d. For foreign students who already have the relevant experience, they will be able to obtain the \u201cAdvanced Training\u201d.<\/p>\n

Some provinces require that quarantine to last for more than 14 days, some require a quarantine of 14 to 21 days, and others require a quarantine of more than 21 days. These quarantine requirements<\/a> vary and are based on the level of risk for each province. For example, Shanghai, Tianjin and Chongqing require a quarantine of 21 days for Foreign Students. However, Guangdong and Jiangsu require a quarantine of 14 days and Zhejiang requires a quarantine of 28 days.<\/p>\n

Qualification Requirements for China Work Visa<\/a><\/h2>\n

You must have a Z Visa to teach English in China, and that is the only legal choice. In order to have this done, you’ll need a Chinese Work Permit, a letter of recommendation<\/a> from a company in China, and then you may apply for the visa.<\/p>\n

The PU letter and Z visa can only be applied for after you have a signed teaching<\/a> contract, so find a job first and then return to step 1.<\/p>\n

As a result, in order to get a Z Visa:https:\/\/dictionary.cambridge.org\/dictionary\/english\/exception<\/a><\/p>\n

18 to 55 (exceptions are given for those who are a few years older than the maximum age restriction and can find a company eager to recruit them)<\/p>\n

Any Bachelor’s Degree will suffice (does not need to be English or teaching-specific)<\/p>\n

<\/span>Have a TEFL certificate<\/span><\/h2>\n

Have a minimum of 100 hours of classroom experience (in Tier 1 cities like Shanghai and Beijing, the minimum requirement is 120hr)<\/p>\n

Teaching in China requires a valid Z-Visa, which may be obtained by meeting the same conditions as applying for a Z-Visa in the United States. Please see our article on Am I Eligible to Teach in China? for more information on the possible exceptions.<\/p>\n

Once again, for the sake of the youngsters in the rear, you must already have a teaching position in China before applying for this China work visa. You’ll get all the paperwork you need from your employer.<\/p>\n

If you plan on getting multiple visas or entry\/exit stamps, you’ll want a passport with at least six months of remaining validity and three blank visa pages.<\/p>\n

A copy of your passport’s “details” page<\/p>\n

As per China’s visa photo requirements, 10 passport photos are needed.<\/p>\n

Authenticated and notarized copies of your Bachelor’s degree and TEFL certification<\/p>\n

Invitation to apply for a job (supplied by your prospective employer)<\/p>\n

Notification of China Work Permit*<\/p>\n

You have a clean criminal record in your own country.<\/p>\n

This is an application for a Z visa that has been correctly completed.<\/p>\n
