1.  Product Field Service Engineer<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. \n

    Responsible for on-site survey, installation support, commissioning, maintenance and after-sales service for the company’s overseas pilot project;<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  2. \n

    Responsible for the maintenance and after-sales service for the company\u2019s overseas products, as well as the maintenance of corporate customer relationships;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  3. \n

    Track the quality of overseas products, coordinate, analyze and solve the product of technical or quality problems, so as to  improve customer satisfaction for the company’s products and services;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  4. \n

    Information collection, feedback and archiving for after-sales service;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Bachelor degree or above, electrical and electronic, communications, power automation, power systems and other related;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      2+ years experiences in energy meter, data collection, metering, those with after-sales service experience are preferred;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Good communication skills, able to deal with issues in various conditions of the project on-site;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Fluent language skills, English as a working language;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Able to adapt to frequent overseas travel or working abroad, those with overseas work experience are preferred;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      2.  Product Engineer\/Product Manager<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

      Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      1. \n

        Identify, collect and analyze technical requirement needs for energy metering products and system from different utilities, partners, customers and\/or competitors, and convert these needs to R&D specification for product development and\/or evolution.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      2. \n

        Provide technical support including Tendering, SOC reply, RFP proposal, exhibition etc.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      3. \n

        Identify and perform product\/system introduction and\/or training etc. mainly aiming at utilities, customers, or partners etc.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      4. \n

        Overall Product lifecycle management based on company process.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

          \n
        1. \n

          Bachelor degree or above in power electronics, electronic engineering, communication, computer science etc.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        2. \n

          2+ years of experiences in a product management, pre-sale technical support, or product marketing position in an international context, preference to the candidate who has experience in utility, smart metering & system related industry, such as knowledge of AMI smart metering, DLMS, and\/or utility applications.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        3. \n

          Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills, with good command of English languages both in spoken and written.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        4. \n

          Customer and market oriented.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        5. \n

          Able to adapt to domestic and overseas business trip.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        6. \n

          Expats who have HSK level 4 or above is preferable.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          3.  Product Maintenance & Repairing Engineer<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

          Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

          1. \n

            Responsible for product failure analysis and maintenance for the company’s overseas energy metering products, and keep good maintenance records and report;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          2. \n

            Perform functional and performance testing for those repaired products to ensure product quality;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          3. \n

            Information collection, feedback and archiving for product failure and cause analysis, and product use conditions etc.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          4. \n

            Answer customer’s technical questions, and provide product upgrade service (such as product firmware upgrade);<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

              \n
            1. \n

              College degree or above, major in electronics or related;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            2. \n

              More than 1 year experience in electronic product maintenance & repair, able to understand the circuit diagram, independent use of related maintenance & repair tools, and understand the working principle of the energy meters is preferable;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            3. \n

              Good operation ability, good sense of service and English skills (oral and speaking);<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            4. \n

              Able to adapt to frequent overseas travel or working abroad;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            5. \n

              4.  Technical Documentation Engineer<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
