The report was conducted and released by the Center for China and Globalization (CCG) and the Southwestern University of Finance and Economics&#8217; Institute of Development Studies.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;With rapid economic globalization, China has become international talents&#8217; new choice for long-term development and relocation and regional competition for international talents has begun,&#8221; Wang Huiyao, president of CCG, said.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/media.hiredchina.com\/FmTwSoh0mDzVAXQTfzR3jnZFDn6W?imageView2\/0\/format\/webp\/q\/75\" alt=\"2.png\" width=\"640\" height=\"424\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<h5><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Photo_European_Commission\"><\/span>Photo: European Commission<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h5>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Shanghai beat out other cities and scored of 65.17 out of 100, or 3.91 out of 6,<\/strong>\u00a0in the <a target=\"_blank\" class=\"inside_link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.hiredchina.com\/articles\/tag\/global-talent\/\" title=\"View all posts in global talent\" >global talent<\/a> competitiveness index. Jiangsu is home to many foreign companies due to its preferential policies and their role in attract elite-level international talent.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3e3e3e; font-size: 16px;\"><span style=\"color: #3e3e3e; font-size: 16px;\">Southwest China&#8217;s Sichuan province, with a score 1.92 out of 6, ranked 10th on the list.
