AI Business Systems & Adoption Coordinator - E-Commerce

Diversitech Global is looking for an AI Business Systems & Adoption Coordinator to support our international e-commerce team. We sell Hi-Spec products across 29 e-commerce platforms in 27 countries and continue to expand globally. As our number of platforms, markets, products and workflows grows, we need stronger systems for managing knowledge, coordinating projects, standardizing processes and helping our e-commerce team use AI effectively. This role sits between E-commerce Operations, AI Applications, Business Systems, Workflow Improvement and Team Adoption. This is not a software-development role. The successful candidate will work directly with our international e-commerce team to understand existing workflows, identify problems and inefficiencies, introduce practical AI-enabled solutions, and help employees successfully adopt them. Key responsibilities include: 1. AI Adoption & Team Support Help e-commerce team members use AI tools effectively through practical training, demonstrations, troubleshooting and day-to-day support. 2. E-commerce Workflow Improvement Understand existing workflows before introducing technology. Identify repetitive work, duplicated processes, fragmented information, inefficient reporting and opportunities for AI-assisted improvement. 3. Shared Knowledge & Project Systems Build structured systems for marketplace requirements, product information, competitor intelligence, keyword research, SOPs, project information, prompts, decisions and historical learning. 4. AI-Assisted E-commerce Workflows Develop practical workflows for areas such as reporting, competitor monitoring, keyword and ranking analysis, listing optimization, product launches, project management, alerts and internal knowledge search. 5. Global Platform Scalability Help create consistent systems that can support our continued expansion across new e-commerce platforms and international markets. 6. Documentation & Standardization Turn successful workflows into reusable SOPs and company systems rather than allowing knowledge to remain with individual employees. 7. Implementation & Adoption Follow projects through from idea to implementation and measure whether employees are actually using and benefiting from new systems. The objective is to turn AI from an individual productivity tool into a structured capability across our international e-commerce operation. Salary: RMB 15,000–20,000 per month, negotiable depending on skills and experience. This is a performance-focused role with an end-of-year KPI performance bonus of up to 30% of annual salary.

The ideal candidate combines practical technology skills, structured thinking and strong communication with an interest in e-commerce and AI. Preferred requirements include: - Experience in e-commerce, Amazon, marketplace operations, business operations, project coordination, process improvement, business systems, technology support or knowledge management. - Practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Kimi, Tongyi, Wenxin or similar platforms for real business tasks. - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Able to understand an existing business process before recommending technology or automation. - Comfortable working with an international team across multiple markets, cultures and business functions. - Able to explain technology in simple, practical language to colleagues with different levels of technical experience. - Understanding of AI concepts such as prompts, workflows, agents, knowledge bases and automation. - Experience creating or improving structured digital workflows. - Comfortable working with project-management platforms, structured databases, knowledge systems or workflow tools. - Experience delivering at least one practical AI-enabled business improvement, such as an automated business process, reporting workflow, knowledge system, competitor-monitoring process, simple AI agent or application integration. - Coding is not required, but candidates should understand basic logic such as Trigger → Input → Process → Review → Output. - Basic understanding of concepts such as APIs, data fields, if/then logic and system integrations. - Highly organized with strong follow-through and implementation discipline. - Patient and willing to provide practical support when team members encounter technical problems. - Curious about emerging AI and workplace technologies. - Commercially aware and interested in how better systems can improve e-commerce performance.
