Job Description
1.Provide guidance to customers or agents regarding on-site equipment installation, equipment commissioning, and fault troubleshooting.
2. Conduct technical training for customers and agents.
3. Identify key customers within the food processing industry.
4. Organize customer visits, sample testing, and project follow-up activities.
5. Develop and manage local agents.
6. Identify new business agents and manage existing local agents.
7. Collect market and competitor intelligence.
8. Participate in industry trade shows and marketing campaigns.
9. Assist the headquarters and suppliers in gathering market and competitor information.
Requirements
1. No specific experience required; candidates with 1–3 years of experience in industrial equipment commissioning and sales sales will be given priority.
2. Candidates with a background in the food processing, packaging equipment, testing equipment, or automation industries will be given priority.
3. Familiarity with the food industry market is preferred.
4. Experience in customer acquisition and channel management is required.
5. Proficient in Polish and English.
6. Education: Secondary vocational school diploma or above.
7.Academic background: Mechanical engineering (excluding mechanical design), Electrical engineering, or Electronics engineering.
