Job Description
1. Comprehensively coordinate the production and engineering technology management work of the factory;
2. Optimize organizational structure, formulate and improve rules and regulations, and effectively supervise their implementation;
3. Responsible for reviewing and monitoring the implementation of production plans, ensuring timely and quality delivery;
4. Responsible for communication and work coordination between various departments;
5. Address work challenges affecting production capacity and quality, formulate measures, and supervise their implementation;
6. Responsible for implementing plans to enhance production efficiency, capacity, and quality in the factory;
7. Responsible for team building, employee management, guidance, training, and assessment.
8. Other related work arranged by the general manager.

Requirements
1. College degree or above, major in electronics or management is preferred;
2. Have 10 years or more of production management experience in medium to large-sized manufacturing enterprises, with at least 3 years of experience in the same position in 3C digital enterprises such as headphones, cameras, and laptops;
3. Familiar with the production process, production procedures, and quality standards of white-box products such as laptops, tablets, and mini PCs, and proficient in managing automation equipment;
4. Possess extensive experience in production management, cost control, quality management, and logistics management;
5. Possess excellent leadership, organizational planning, and decision-making skills.
