Expert Corporate Trainer — Native English Speaker

About Evira 艾维拉 Evira 艾维拉 is a corporate training and organizational development company providing professional learning and development solutions to organizations in China. Our work includes management development, professional communication, service standards, team capability, talent development and organizational effectiveness, with particular expertise in hospitality and service-sector organizations. The Role Evira is seeking experienced native English-speaking corporate trainers and facilitators for freelance, part-time and project-based assignments with corporate clients in China. This is not primarily an ESL teaching position. We are looking for professionals whose core strengths are corporate learning, facilitation, management development, professional skills training or organizational development. Relevant areas of expertise may include: - Leadership and management development - Management communication - Team effectiveness - Service excellence and customer experience - Presentations and public speaking - Meetings and collaboration - Negotiation - Cross-cultural communication - Coaching and feedback - Train-the-Trainer - Professional communication - Talent and organizational development - Hospitality management and service standards Assignments may include one-day workshops, multi-day training programs, customized corporate training projects, management-development programs and longer-term learning and development assignments. Compensation is agreed according to trainer experience, expertise, preparation requirements and assignment scope. Travel expenses for out-of-city assignments are agreed separately. China-based candidates are preferred. Priority locations include Chongqing, Chengdu, Guiyang and Kunming, although experienced trainers elsewhere in China who are willing to travel are encouraged to apply.

Candidate Profile Ideal candidates will have: - 3+ years of relevant corporate training or facilitation experience - Experience delivering workshops to managers, professionals or corporate teams - Strong facilitation and participant-engagement skills - Professional credibility and presence - The ability to create practical, interactive learning rather than lecture-based sessions - Experience adapting programs to different clients, industries or participant groups - Availability for project-based work and domestic travel within China - Basic spoken Chinese sufficient for everyday communication and local coordination Experience in hospitality, service industries, multinational companies, consulting, management or organizational development is particularly valuable.
