Job Description
1、Handle daily feedback, replies, collection, and organization for Middle East products;
2、Manage the daily operations of customer service and moderation teams for Middle East products;
3、Perform Arabic-related translation and proofreading;
4、Oversee localization operations for Middle East products, providing localization support for product design and user experience.
Requirements
1、Bachelor's degree or above; prior internet industry experience preferred, familiar with the workflow and culture of internet companies;
2、Native-level Arabic proficiency, with an understanding of Arab culture and history;
3、Fluent in Chinese with no barriers to daily communication;
4、Hold a long-term work visa in China or be able to ensure an extended stay in China.
