1. Teaching Delivery Responsibilities Undertake children's English teaching tasks for the assigned stages as per the institution's arrangement: At the enlightenment stage, focus on creating interesting interactive classes (games, nursery rhymes, and situational simulations account for ≥60% of class time), and complete the establishment of students' English language sense and stimulation of learning interest; At the advanced stage, focus on advanced training of listening, speaking, reading and writing, ensure that the compliance rate of students' listening and speaking ability at the end of the term is ≥85%, and cooperate with the Chinese team to complete 1 standardized ability assessment per semester. Write/cooperate in optimizing teaching supporting materials: Complete the design of teaching plans and classroom interaction tools for assigned units according to the syllabus requirements, cooperate with the Chinese teaching and research team to update course content 1-2 times a year, and supplement interesting teaching materials in line with children's cognition. Track students' learning situation and deliver feedback: Output a class learning situation brief every week, synchronize students' phased learning results (including advantages and suggestions for improvement) to parents every 2 months, and cooperate with course consultants to deal with abnormal problems in students' learning progress. 2. Student Service Responsibilities Maintain affability and take the initiative to interact daily: Take the initiative to stop and greet students and parents when meeting them in the institution, greet every student actively before class, wave goodbye to students after class, communicate with children with a relaxed and friendly attitude, reduce students' anxiety about English learning and stimulate learning initiative. Plan/implement 1 monthly children's English themed activity (such as nursery rhyme competition, parent-child story meeting), cooperate with the institution to complete activity registration, on-site hosting, achievement display and other links, with activity satisfaction score ≥4.7/5. Answer parents' questions about children's English enlightenment and learning planning, and cooperate with course consultants to complete student service and retention work. Handle problems in students' classroom scenarios: Take full responsibility for students' safety during class, deal with emergencies in the classroom in a timely manner, and cooperate with the academic team to complete information synchronization for processes such as students' leave and class adjustment. 3. Institution Cooperation and Compliance Responsibilities Complete qualification and team requirements: Handle and update work permits and foreign personnel filing as required, participate in 1 monthly teaching and research training and 1 quarterly teaching practice, and cooperate to complete teaching quality spot checks. Maintain brand image: Abide by Chinese culture and institutional rules and regulations, spread positive ideas in teaching and activities, do not make improper remarks, and maintain the institutional brand reputation among students and parents.
