Job Description
We are seeking an experienced **LAMDA Public‑Speaking Tutor** for fully remote online teaching. You have completed official systematic LAMDA training and possess mature, ready‑to‑use courseware. You will independently cover the full end‑to‑end workflow: student skill training, targeted exam preparation, and official LAMDA exam registration support, guiding children and teenage learners to complete LAMDA public‑speaking examinations and achieve excellent grades.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver online LAMDA Public‑Speaking courses for children and teenagers, adopt official LAMDA syllabus, utilise self‑owned mature courseware to conduct one‑on‑one and small‑group remote classes.
2. Provide systematic skill training for students, including speech structuring, vocal delivery, body language, text interpretation and stage presence.
3. Conduct targeted exam‑oriented preparation: analyse assessment criteria, simulate exam scenarios, give personalised feedback, and help students prepare for LAMDA graded examinations.
4. Manage the complete exam‑related process: guide candidate information collection, assist with official LAMDA exam registration, follow up exam arrangements and post‑result communication.
5. Track each student’s learning progress, output regular learning reports, communicate learning status with parents, adjust teaching plans according to individual performance.
6. Continuously optimise teaching materials based on official LAMDA updates, maintain high‑quality remote classroom interaction and engagement.

Requirements
1. Completed **official systematic LAMDA training**, solid understanding of LAMDA Public‑Speaking syllabus, marking standards and exam rules.
2. Own mature, practical LAMDA teaching courseware; have hands‑on experience covering training, exam preparation and exam registration full workflow.
3. Prior teaching experience in public speaking, speech, drama or performance; familiar with tutoring young learners aged 7‑17.
4. Stable remote‑teaching setup, comfortable with online live‑class platforms; energetic, patient and good at inspiring students’ confidence in public performance.
5. Good English communication skills, able to coordinate exam‑registration paperwork and follow official LAMDA operation requirements.
6. Responsible attitude, able to follow class schedules and give timely feedback to students and parents.
